A friend left me a bottle of acai berry complex juice informing me that I should drink 2 ounces in the morning and 2 ounces at night.

But he did not tell me how I should take it? Such as must you take it with food, or can you take it without food. And from all the research I have found on the net, there is no information on how to take it.

A friend left me a bottle of acai berry complex juice informing me that I should drink 2 ounces in the morning and 2 ounces in the evening.

Take 2 oz in the morning and 2-3 oz at night. Normally you do not have to take acai with food.

If you take acai without food and realize you are feeling jittery, sick or any other strange feeling you can try eating with it but normally there are no side effects whether you eat or not.

It’s really just a high powered antioxidant juice so there is no need to worry about taking it like a medication. I hope this helps you and I wish you luck using acai!

acai is a type of berry

Tropicana and a few others now have it in the regular supermarkets in the juice isle. I tried some of the Acai raspberry and it was pretty good.

I have been drinking it for five days and I like it, the problem is that I have too much energy now.

Acai is a berry juice, rich in anti-oxidants, omega fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. So drink up.

Can acai juice cause diarrhea?

12.November, 2008

I never get this issue and this morning I tried some rasperry acai juice by Tropicana and well…cramps galore, very painful and several trips to the bathroom… The only thing I can think of I have done differently is the acai juice.

Yes lol, the Acai berry is used in many diets and fat flush fads. So, it can probaby be the thing that has caused your intestines and stomach to work overtime. If you liked the taste, keep drinking it, but in moderate amounts, and not in the morning. Or if you do drink it in the morning, have a piece of wheat toast with it for stability.

And of course, hope you feel better.

I am taking a betablocker called Coreg & ACE Inhibitor called Benicar . I was wondering if drinking those juices will interact with my medications. Don't ask me to ask that to my doctor because they know nothing about those juices. They knkow nothing about supplements or herbs so I wonder why they always say : "please check with your doctor before taking this supplement " LOL

Drink them in small amounts, diluted with water.

They are great anti-oxidants, so regular use will help reduce some blockages, and your blood pressure. You may be able to reduce your dose of pills.

To much will also lower your BP so much you'll want a nap. I've done that a few times.

A good research site is http://www.pubmed.gov

This used to be my absolute favorite drink. Not too long ago I would buy about 10 of them and one of them would taste rotten and fermented, and Id take it back. Then all of a sudden it got to the point where Id get a bunch and ALL of them would taste like that, just completely different and gross. The expiration date said they would be good for another year so that wasnt the issue. Has any other Zola Drinkers had this? Im wondering if its just where I buy them.

they lost there inspiration

There are no health food stores near me.

Well, that's easy! My website. Check it out:

This juice has highest antioxidant score of any acai on the planet - 1,027. Compare that with blueberries (94) and cranberries (92). Other acai out there can be as low as 180, because of how it is processed. There's lots of info on the site (and my blog, below) about the differences.

If you want to buy the juice retail, click on "Buy". If you want to become a member (like Costco) and buy it wholesale, click on "Enroll".

Enjoy!

You can email me with any questions (my email is on my site).

Only answer this if you know what Acai is.

I know alot about acai and I can tell you this: many acai juices are not very potent. They are watered down, sugar filled, and often contain additional fruits other than acai. Usually you can look on the nutrition label to see just how much of each vitamin and mineral you are ingesting with each serving. Typically I would say that one serving of juice probably gives you 50% or so of what you might need in a day.

I recommend investing in a 100% pure acai supplement rather than a juice. You can get a free trial of the #1 acai pill on the planet, Extreme Acai, at the source link below. This is the product I use, and honestly I feel better every day.

Now let me tell you why I recommend Extreme Acai over all other acai supplements…

Firstly, Extreme Acai is a 100% acai capsule (pill) type supplement. Capsules are superior to juices, cleansers, and detoxifiers. Juices are diluted and are filled with sugar, cleansers and detox supplements tend to promote abdominal discomfort, and they are all way overpriced. Most likely you will only find sugar filled acai juice supplements at your local GNC.

I attempted this past weekend to find a good acai supplement at GNC, Vitamin World, Hannafords, and Shaws, but I was unable to find something that was cheap, high quality, and not filled with sugar and other fillers. I am going to keep getting Extreme Acai for now.

Secondly, Extreme Acai ranks in the top 3, usually at #1, of all acai supplements in most acai product polls that I’ve found online.

Remember, just stick with a regular 100% acai supplement in capsule form like Extreme Acai. You can try the free trial at the source link below.

I recently ordered some acai berry juice and my breastfeeding wife is curious if she can take it as well? Does it pose a danger to my newborn?

This is a quote:
"There are hardly any studies regarding the role of supplements and their safety or benefit during breastfeeding. We have no reason to suspect that reasonable amount of acai juice drinking or taking an occasional acai supplement would influence a breastfed baby. However, we have not seen any studies regarding the influence of acai use by the mother on the breastfed baby."

I’ve had 3 days of acai juice with pulp in recommended doses.
The berry is VERY dark red, and so is my stool, with water surrounding it also red, which looks scary.
Is this usual?

Blood in your stool if it comes from your upper stomach will be black and from your lower stomach will be bright red. Sounds to me that the acai juice is causing you to have colored loose stool. My best advice would be to stop the juice and see what color your stool changes back to.
